Our bottoms and soft bras are made from Modal which is a breathable, silk-touch fabric made from natural beech wood. Our bras are made from MIPAN® regen™️ which is a recycled polyamide that is made from recycled pre and post consumer waste to reduce waste to landfill and energy consumption.

Our undies are all available in sizes XS-XL. Our Soft Bras are available in sizes XS-L. Our Wire Bras are available in 10A-16E. As we are a small business, we have tried to be as inclusive as possible. If we don't have the size you are looking for, please contact us at hello@firstthing.com.au to let us know.

We know finding the right size when shopping online can be hard. So we made a handy Fit Guide to help make this easier. If you are unsure, we highly recommend using this to help find your size. We also have individual product size recommendations on our product pages, so be sure to keep an eye out for them.

If you didn't get the size quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all bras within 14 days of recieving your purchase. Find out how to make a return here.

If you have not received confirmation of your order being shipped, then you may be able to cancel or change your order. Please email us promptly at hello@firstthing.com.au and we will do our best to accomodate you before your order is packed however, we cannot guarantee this.

Please send a photo of your faulty item to hello@firstthing.com.au and we will respond ASAP with instructions to resolve the issue.
