How do I place a return or exchange?

Need to make a return or exchange? Please use the portal HERE.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • All bras and tops are eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of placing order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains and scents (e.g perfume) and still in original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for A Return:

  • All undies and bottoms due to hygiene reasons.

Sale Item Returns:

  • Sale items are only eligible for a return to gift card (excluding first time discounts).

All returns and exchanges will incur a flat fee of A$9.99 to cover the cost of return shipping. The original shipping costs are not refundable. First Thing is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit.

Returns/exchanges will be processed within 7 days of being received. Refunds will be to your original payment method and you will get an email notification once it is completed.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia wide. We do not ship to any countries outside of Australia but we hope to do so in the future.

What are your shipping rates?

$7.99 AUD Standard Shipping (2-6 business days)

$12.99 AUD Express Shipping (1-3 business)

Note: Shipping times are an estimate. You will receive email updates from Shippit on your parcels progress. We ship with Australia Post and you can track your order here.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within one to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email update once your order has been packed and shipped.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@firstthing.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Are there any items I cannot return or exchange?

All undies are non refundable for hygiene reasons and all sale items are non refundable or exchangeable. This includes items purchased in sale periods such as Black Friday sales. This is due to these items being heavily discounted so please choose carefully when shopping during sale periods.
