Items eligible for a return or exchange

  • All full price bras and tops are eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains and scents (e.g perfume) and still in original packaging. The Wireless Bralette must have its swing tag attached.

Items Not Eligible for A Return:

  • All undies and bottoms are not eligible for a return/exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Sale Item Returns:

  • Sale items purchased in a promotional sale are only eligible for a return to gift card (excluding first time discounts).
  • Clearance items are final sale as noted on the product page.

How do I make an exchange or return?

  1. Ensure your products are eligible for an exchange or return.
  2. Submit an exchange or return via our portal HERE.
  3. Either print and attach the label to your parcel or head to your nearest Australia Post office and scan the barcode provided.
  4. Your exchange or return will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item. You will be notified via email once completed.

Checkout+

To get unlimited exchanges and returns, select Checkout+ when completing your purchase. It will be automatically added to your cart for a fee of $2.98. 

All exchanges and returns processed without Checkout+ will incur a flat fee of $9.99.

FAQ

No. Checkout+ must be purchased in your original order. Any exchange or return that doesn’t have Checkout+ will incur a flat fee of $9.99 that will cover a paid return label.

No. Checkout+ is not refundable.

The original shipping costs are not refundable.

First Thing is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of being received. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and you will get an email notification once it is completed.
