These are great for seamless - but I feel they are slightly restrictive in movement - I’m a size 8 and I got an XS and would of preferred a bit more room and wished I done up a size! But a beautiful piece they just slightly dig in making them not entirely feeling like I have nothing on (which is what I want when opting for a seamless pair of undies)
